SECTION 21 – SUBSCRIPTION AND UNSUBSCRIBE

1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) apply to all subscribers who have subscribed to our services and wish to unsubscribe before the 3-month lock-in subscription period. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Subscription and Unsubscribe

1. Subscribers are required to subscribe to our services for a minimum period of 3 months.
2. Subscribers who wish to unsubscribe before the end of the 3-month lock-in period must notify us in writing or through our customer service channels.
3. Subscribers who wish to unsubscribe after the 3-month lock-in period will not be charged for a termination fee.
4. The subscriber will be charged the difference between the subscription price and the Suggested Retail Price for the early termination.

3. Termination

1. We reserve the right to terminate a subscriber’s subscription at any time without notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or misuse of our services.
2. In the event of termination, the subscriber will not be entitled to any refund.

4. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the subscriber and us and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
